1. Coconut Oil Body Scrub

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar or salt
  • Optional: A few drops of essential oils (e.g., vanilla or citrus)
  1. Mix the coconut oil with sugar or salt in a bowl.
  2. Add any optional essential oils.
  3. Apply the scrub to damp skin and gently massage in circular motions.
  4. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
